Return and Refund Policy

At Doxie Chaos Club, each product is made to order. This means your shirt is printed after you place your order, especially for you.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Please check the product details, size information, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

• your order number
• a clear photo of the issue
• a short description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Size Exchanges

Because each shirt is printed after you order, we do not offer free size exchanges. Please review the size information before purchasing. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we usually recommend sizing up.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be lost or unusually delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the fulfillment and shipping partners.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production or shipping has started.
