At Doxie Chaos Club, each shirt is made to order. This means your product is printed after you place your order, then shipped once production is complete.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Production time does not include shipping time.

During busy periods, holidays, or unexpected production delays, fulfillment may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your delivery address, shipping method, and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery time is calculated as:

production time + shipping time = estimated delivery time

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped, when tracking is available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Where We Ship

Doxie Chaos Club is currently built for customers in the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake shortly after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production or shipping has started.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be lost or unusually delayed, contact us and we will help investigate the issue with our fulfillment and shipping partners.
