Taking Care of Your Cap

Embroidery is a little more delicate than a regular tee — but the care routine is simple, we promise.

Skip the washing machine. It can rough up the embroidery and throw off the shape of the cap. Not worth it.

Spot cleaning is all you need:

A damp cloth
A little lukewarm water
A drop of mild detergent

Just gently work the area — no soaking, no scrubbing the embroidery.

A few things to avoid:

Bleach
Tumble drying
Ironing
Dry cleaning
Scrubbing the embroidery with a brush

Let it air dry naturally — no direct heat, just leave it somewhere it can breathe.

A little attention here and there and this cap will stay looking sharp for a long time.

Every DCC item is made just for you after you order — no sitting in a warehouse, no guessing games on inventory. Your cap gets embroidered, then packed and shipped once it's ready.

Shipping

Delivery has two parts, and it helps to know both:

Production time — this is when your cap is actually being made. Most orders are ready within 2–5 business days.
Shipping time — once it leaves the fulfillment center, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout.

When your order ships, you'll get a tracking email. Check it every ten minutes or forget about it until it shows up at your door — we support both lifestyles.

One thing worth double-checking before you hit place order: your shipping address. Once production starts, changes can get tricky.

Returns & Problems

Since everything is made to order, we're not able to accept returns for wrong size, wrong color, or a change of heart. The cap is one size fits most with an adjustable strap — when in doubt, it'll fit.

That said, if something shows up damaged, misprinted, defective, or just plain wrong — reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of clear photos, and we'll help get it taken care of with our fulfillment partner. If the issue checks out, we'll help arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on what makes most sense.

Our caps are embroidered and fulfilled through Printful, our production partner. The blank may be sourced from different locations depending on availability, then embroidered and shipped through the fulfillment network.
